As part of the creative team, I wrote emails, flyers, brochures, digital ads, social media, TV commercials, proposals, webinars, animations, videos, and more. If I had to pick the most valuable part of working here, I’d say I learned a lot of soft skills: negotiation, expectation management, team building—things like that.

Case study: the power of doing it right vs doing it right now

Challenge:

Our stakeholder wanted us to create a pair of emails for an awareness campaign that drove to a landing page that did not exist yet. We were also requested to create the header of said landing page.

Solution:

Knowing that all pieces of a customer journey have to fit together, we convinced them to forgo speed for quality and allow us to design the entire experience—two emails and a landing page.

Results:

  • 18-27% higher open rates than target of 20%

  • Click-through rate at or above goal of 5%

  • 11 client adoptions in under 3 weeks
