Challenge: Columbia Bank is really really good at home loans. Problem was, they were more known for their business banking. And we all know, people can’t use something they don’t know about.

Solution: Get the word out across channels, in a strategic, audience-driven way. We interviewed lenders, took a look at who is looking for home loans, and spoke to them directly. Everything from in-branch collateral, to a social media presence, to simple lead-driven landing pages. A few examples are below.
